This speaks to me
When little kids take my place at the adult table, I get so irrationally annoyed. “If I had to sit isolated in the living room when I was your age, so do you you little shit”
My kitty <3
…I’m pretty sure you mean we’re gonna bounce on the bed right?
Please just take a moment to watch this video.
This is my cousin Abigail, and she’s in remission now, but her story isn’t the only one. She was diagnosed with Stage IV neuroblastoma when she was either 3 or 4. Nothing was working. But then her parents decided to do an experimental trial treatment. They wanted to do everything they could to help Abigail’s body fight the cancer. And she did. She’s 9, I believe, and she’s had more friends pass away than I have, at 21. She can braid her hair, but some of her friends are still going through treatment. This is about awareness. This month is Childhood Cancer Awareness month. And it would mean so much to me to see this all over Tumblr. Abigail is a vibrant child, and there are many other kids just like her that do beat cancer. But just think of all those who lose their fight to cancer. Thanks so much!
